Refund/Cancellation Policy
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Spec Ops Outfitters within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER which can be obtained by contacting Spec Ops Outfitters. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Some products have a restocking fee of 15%. Spec Ops Outfitters will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Please call 951.764.1042 or email us at specopsoutfitters@gmail.com to process a return. (All Propper products are non-refundable due to manufacturing process).

Orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.

Shipping & Handling method and time shipped after the sale
Shipping
All items from our warehouse are shipped USPS Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 72 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients. Items which do not ship from our warehouse are shipped by the vendor's preferred method which includes, UPS, FED EX, or USPS.

"A couple months ago I stopped at a stand you had set up in front of BRC. It was just before Father's day and I saw that you had a "Recon Dad" T-shirt. My Father joined the Marine Corps in 1956, and served with 1st. Recon sometime durring Vietnam. He is part of the I don't talk about it genneration so I never ask or pry. He is 72 now and more than a little out of it in the brain matter department. I thought that the t-shirt would be a great gift. He wears it with pride and although he can't remember what he had for breakfast most of the time, but he remembers the pride that being part of Recon instills."
