A veteran's pride...
A couple months ago I stopped at a stand you had set up in front of BRC. It was just before Father's day and I saw that you had a "Recon Dad" T-shirt. My Father joined the Marine Corps in 1956, and served with 1st. Recon sometime durring Vietnam. He is part of the I don't talk about it genneration so I never ask or pry. He is 72 now and more than a little out of it in the brain matter department. I thought that the t-shirt would be a great gift. He wears it with pride and although he can't remember what he had for breakfast most of the time, but he remembers the pride that being part of Recon instills.

Thank you, again, for all of your help in getting all of us our green silkies! We did not know- until we got to (Camp) Leatherneck- that we would only be allowed to wear green shorts. I still can't believe Spec Ops Outfitters made green silkies from scratch for all of us!! The Marines of 3D Force Recon and 3D Recon Bn couldn't be more pleased!!! You have definitely gained some lifelong, loyal customers!!
